Mother Teresa famously had 3 visions granted by God in 1946, where she was told: “the homeless are the Lord’s people, bring God to them.” By our blessed mother Mary, she dedicated this as her life’s purpose to serving the poor, as they are truly God's chosen children. So, I suppose I have two goals for my time at Christ in the City, the first is to do as Mother Teresa stated, through genuine love and authentic friendship, to bring God to the poor. The second is to have at least one summer that I can dedicate to living in an intentional mission to servitude and loving others in such a close environment.      Ad Maiorem Dei Gloriam :)
